I. Principles for setting up various departments of China Municipal Government

Second, there are 28 departments of China government:
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of National Defense, National Development and Reform Commission, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Science and Technology, Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, State Ethnic Affairs Commission, Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of National Security, Ministry of Supervision, Ministry of Civil Affairs, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Personnel, Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Ministry of Land and Resources, Ministry of Construction, Ministry of Railways, Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Information Industry, Ministry of Railways.
III. Specific functions:
1. The main functions of the Central Office are: administrative organs serving the CPC Central Committee, various departments in Central directly under the authority and local party organizations at all levels;
2. The Ministry of Supervision of the People's Republic of China is the national administrative supervision department under the leadership of the State Council.
3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which implements foreign policy and is in charge of foreign affairs.
4. National Development and Reform Commission Network, which provides the society with economic and social development policies, overall economic system reform and related services;
5. The Ministry of Science and Technology is an organization in the State Council. Its main job is to study and put forward the macro strategy of science and technology development and the principles, policies and regulations of science and technology promoting economic and social development.
6. The Ministry of Education is the the State Council department in charge of education and language work in the People's Republic of China and the State Council.
