1. The building layout, basic equipment, purification air-conditioning system and room classification related to operating room purification should comply with the standards of "Hospital Clean Surgery Department Construction Technical Specification GB50333-2013".
2. After entering the clean area of the operating room, personnel in the clean area should change into special clean clothes.
3. The buffer zone of each area in the operating room must be clearly marked and protected. The doors in each area should be kept closed at all times and have interlocking devices. They cannot be opened at the same time for entry and exit.
4. The purification temperature of the operating room should be controlled at 22℃~25℃, the relative humidity is 40%~60%, the noise is 40~50 decibels, and the average illuminance of the operating room lighting is about 500LX.
5. The purification air-conditioning system in the operating room should be turned on 30 minutes before the operation; the purification air-conditioning system in the clean operating department should run continuously until the cleaning and disinfection work is completed. The operating time for Level I-II rooms is 20 minutes after the cleaning and disinfection work is completed, and the operating time for Level III-IV rooms is 30 minutes after the cleaning and disinfection work is completed.
6. Non-leakage-blocking orifice plates, grilles, wire mesh and other air outlets in clean areas should be cleaned every week. If there is contamination, they should be cleaned at any time.
7. Vertical grilles should be used for the return air vent grilles in the clean area. They should be wiped and cleaned once a day and thoroughly cleaned every week. If there is contamination, they should be cleaned at any time. The filter material layer should be cleaned according to Table 3. Ask for replacement.
8. After each operation in the negative pressure operating room, the negative pressure should be continuously operated for 15 minutes before cleaning and wiping. The next operation can only proceed after meeting the self-cleaning requirements. Exhaust air filters that filter pathogenic aerosols should be replaced every six months.
9. The drainage points for condensate should be inspected daily and cleaned weekly.
In hospitals, in addition to being widely used in operating rooms, purification projects are also often used in delivery rooms, central nurseries, burn wards, ICUs, hemodialysis rooms, central supply rooms, pharmaceutical factories and other areas. Very good results have also been achieved. In the future, purification engineering will be applied in more areas of need and will bring more benefits to people's lives.
