After filling in your information on the national government service platform, you can apply for a nucleic acid test QR code, as follows:

1. Enter the service platform

After entering the WeChat main page, enter "National Government Service Platform" in the search bar above and click to enter.

2. Click on the information code service

After opening the government affairs platform page, click on the epidemic prevention health information code service on the page.

3. Click to start verification

On the Epidemic Prevention Health Information Code Service page, check Agree and click Start Verification below.

4. Click to view immediately

After the certification is completed, click Received to view immediately.

5. You can view the QR code of the nucleic acid test in the new page you redirected to.
