When the owner asked what was going on, they said these were advertisements owned by the developer. Catering, building materials, etc. are all affiliated enterprises of the developer. They don't charge money and advertise for free. Furthermore, the owner only has a swimming pool and a property service center like Kuaibao Inn. Don't charge any money? Do you believe? Poor service attitude. The property service phone number either can't be reached, or they just want to hang up on you. When I went to pay, I had to endure the expressions of the real estate agent. Once I went to the accountant, I was not there. I went to the accountant twice and I had to eat without charging. I went three times and I didn't charge for weekends. I went four times and the accountant was busy sorting out materials but I didn't charge. All in all, I have to pay 5 to 6 times. So as an owner, I don't see what kind of service this company provides.
Cooperate with developers and infringe on the rights and interests of property owners. As a preliminary property company that has a close relationship with developers, this company is completely the developer’s puppet. The developer illegally sold the underground parking garage, so this property company cooperated with the developer. Change the parking fee collected once a year to once a month, and then make things difficult for the owners who want to pay. In short, if you don’t pay for the so-called parking fee (long-term rental), then you have to come several times a month to pay.
Wages owed to employees: You can find this on several websites where you can find company information. The wages of cleaning and security guards are delayed for several months. Some go to arbitration, some sue, and some make trouble with them in the community.
