The scale of the forest planting base is no less than 300 acres, and the number of farmers is no less than 30.

3. Anhui Province’s subsidy standards for medicinal materials grown under forests

Support targets: farmers’ forestry professional cooperatives, family forest farms, and state-owned forest farms that have been registered for more than 2 years and are engaged in understory traditional Chinese medicine Timber and other planting industry for more than 2 years. The scale of the forest planting base is no less than 300 acres, and the number of farmers is no less than 30.

Subsidy funds: The amount of provincial financial subsidy funds applied for for each project shall not exceed 200,000 yuan.

4. Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region’s subsidy standards for medicinal materials grown under forests

Support targets: large professional households engaged in the forest economy, family farms (forestry), farmers’ professional cooperatives, farmers (Forestry) industry industrialization leading enterprises, forest farm enterprises, improved seed breeding farms (stations), and related scientific research units.

Subsidy standard: Build first and then supplement. The project shall not exceed 40% of the approved reasonable investment amount, and the maximum total amount shall not exceed 800,000 yuan.

New projects: no more than 30% of the approved reasonable investment amount or the actual investment amount, and the total total amount does not exceed 500,000 yuan.

Legal basis: Article 5 of the "National Authentic Medicinal Materials Production Base Construction Plan"

Establish a multi-party investment construction mechanism from the central, local and social parties. Agricultural and rural departments at all levels must make full use of existing national investment channels and various financial support policies, strive to broaden investment sources, attract financial, social and other capital to participate in construction, and provide basic guarantee for the implementation of the plan.
