6. When engaging in telecommunications business activities, the use of telecommunications equipment must strictly abide by national laws and regulations on telecommunications and the regulations of the Ministry of Information Industry on the use of telecommunications equipment in the network.
7. Accept industry management, supervision and inspection by the communications authorities, report business services to the communications authorities in accordance with the annual report statistics system, and participate in annual inspections in accordance with the license annual inspection system.
8. Protect users’ freedom of communication and communication confidentiality. Unless otherwise provided by national laws, do not provide to others the content of information transmitted by users using telecommunications networks. Establish and improve a security and confidentiality system to keep business secrets and protect user information.
9. Consciously implement the telecommunications business tariff policies and standards formulated by the state, clearly mark the prices, and never charge arbitrarily. Ensure that charging items and tariff standards are published in a conspicuous location in the business premises. The charging standards are strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations of the telecommunications tariff authorities.
10. Comply with the provisions of the business license, follow the principles of fairness, honesty, and credibility, and observe business ethics.
