1. The school currently has the Department of Mechanical Engineering, the Department of Electrical Engineering, the Department of Computer Information Technology Engineering, the Department of Economic Management, the Department of Automotive Engineering, the Department of New Energy Technology Engineering, the Department of Architecture and Garden Engineering, the Department of Grain, Oil, Food and Light Industry There are 9 teaching departments including the Department of Engineering and Basics (Department of Home Economics), offering 38 higher vocational majors, 16 five-year college majors, and 4 preparatory technician majors.

Dezhou Vocational and Technical College, located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province, is a full-time general higher vocational school established with the approval of the Shandong Provincial People's Government. The school was formerly known as Dezhou City Technical College. In 2001, the school was promoted to Dezhou City Advanced Technical School. Dezhou Vocational and Technical College was established in November 2005 by integrating the resources of Dezhou City Technical College, Dezhou School of Finance and Economics, Dezhou Grain School, Dezhou Radio and Television University and Dezhou School of Economics.
