3. Persons leaving Shanghai from low-risk areas in our city, that is, from streets (towns) with medium- and high-risk areas within their jurisdiction, must present a negative 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate.

For those returning to Shanghai who have a history of traveling to other areas of the county (city, district, banner) where the low-risk area is located, that is, the medium- and high-risk area within the past 7 days, two nucleic acid tests must be completed within 3 days after arriving in Shanghai. 4.
