Beijing’s policy for entering Beijing is as follows:

5. Strengthen epidemic prevention management at airports and ports, and strictly implement the full-process closed-loop management requirements for entry personnel and staff in high-risk positions;

6. Strictly implement the "7-day centralized quarantine" for entry personnel 3-day home health monitoring” measures. 2. The entry and exit of personnel from counties (cities, districts, banners) where local epidemics have occurred within 7 days is strictly restricted.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases"

The health administration department of the State Council is responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management nationwide. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative regions.

Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective scope of responsibilities.

The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the military shall be handled in accordance with this Law and relevant national regulations, and shall be supervised and managed by the health authorities of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.

Article 7

Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels are responsible for infectious disease monitoring, prediction, epidemiological investigation, epidemic reporting and other prevention and control work.

Medical institutions are responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases within their areas of responsibility. Under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, urban communities and rural grassroots medical institutions are responsible for the corresponding infectious disease prevention and control work in urban communities and rural grassroots.
