(4) Respect the national conditions of each country and seek common ground while reserving differences. Every country has the right to independently choose its own social system and development path. The world is inherently rich and colorful, and there cannot be only one model. Differences in social systems and values ​​among countries should not be an obstacle to the development of normal relations between countries, let alone a reason to interfere in other countries' internal affairs.

(5) Mutually beneficial cooperation and common development. Countries, especially developed and developing countries, should cooperate with each other on the basis of equality, mutual benefit and common development. The old and irrational international economic order must be reformed to make it conducive to safeguarding the rights and interests of all countries in the world, especially the vast number of developing countries.
