It is located in Mazhen Town, Jiangyin City. Xu Xiake (1587-1641) was an outstanding traveler and geographer in the world. His name was Hongzu, his courtesy name was Zhenzhi, his name was Xiake, and he was from Jiangyin. He was eager to learn when he was young, and he was well-read in geography and geography. Because he saw the political darkness in the late Ming Dynasty, he was unwilling to become an official and concentrated on traveling. Starting from the age of 22, it lasted for 34 years and traveled to 23 provinces and cities. His observations were recorded on a daily basis, leaving more than 400,000 words of information, including detailed records of geography, hydrology, geology, plants, etc. After his death, Ji Mengliang (Huiming) and others compiled it into "Xu Xiake's Travels" which has geographical and literary value. Xu Xiake's former residence was built in the Ming Dynasty and still retains many cultural relics. There are podocarpus trees planted by Xu Xiake 400 years ago, Qingshan Hall, Chongli Hall, Xu Xiake's Tomb, Shengshui Bridge, etc.
