Article 7 People's governments at or above the county level shall encourage and support the research and development, demonstration, promotion and application of energy-saving products, technologies and processes, and promote energy-saving scientific and technological innovation and achievement transformation. Article 8 People's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with national regulations, incorporate energy conservation knowledge into the national education and training system.

The energy conservation authorities of the people's governments at or above the county level shall, together with relevant departments and social organizations, popularize energy conservation knowledge, enhance the public's awareness of energy conservation, and advocate conservation by holding energy conservation publicity weeks, creating energy conservation communities, and carrying out volunteer services. consumption style.

News media should publicize energy conservation laws, regulations, rules and policies, play the role of public opinion guidance and supervision, and advocate new trends in energy conservation. Chapter 2 Energy Conservation Management Article 10 People's governments at or above the county level shall strengthen leadership over energy conservation work and deploy, coordinate, supervise, inspect, and promote energy conservation work.
