1. Approval of name:
Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to get an "Enterprise (trade name) name pre-approval application form". Fill in the name of the company you plan to take (one to five names), and the Industry and Commerce Bureau will search whether there are duplicate names. If there are no duplicate names, you can use and issue a "Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise (Trade Size) Name". The fee is 30 yuan (can search 5 names).
2. Rent a house:
Renting an office in an office building is not allowed to be registered as a civilian house (Beijing).
Sign a rental contract, ask the property owner to provide a copy of the property certificate, and then go to the tax bureau to buy stamp duty. The tax rate is one thousandth of the annual rent, and a tax stamp is affixed to the first page of the contract.
3. Write the Articles of Association:
You can ask someone to write it for you, or you can download a sample of the "Articles of Association" from the website of the Industrial and Commercial Bureau. After modification, it must be signed by all shareholders.

7. Register a company:
Go to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau to collect various forms for company establishment and registration, fill them out, and then submit the "Notice of Verification", "Articles of Association", "Rent Contract" and "Real Estate" Submit the "Copy of Certificate" and "Capital Verification Report" to the Industrial and Commercial Bureau together with the license. 8. Engraving the official seal:
With your business license, go to the seal engraving agency designated by the Public Security Bureau to engrave the official seal and special financial seal, the cost is 120-180 yuan.
9. Apply for the organization code certificate of the enterprise:
Go to the Technical Supervision Bureau with your business license to apply for the organization code certificate. The fee is 30 yuan.
10. Open a basic account:
With your business license and organization code certificate, go to the bank to open a basic account (and cancel the capital verification account at the same time).
11. Apply for tax registration:
Go to the local tax bureau within 30 days after receiving the license to apply for a tax registration certificate (national tax, local tax). The fee is 10 yuan each,

12. Receive purchase invoices:
Service companies use local tax invoices, and companies selling goods use national tax invoices.
