Return; those whose destination is Xi'an City will continue to be quarantined at a municipal-level entry quarantine facility for 21 days, and will be picked up point-to-point by the district or county where the destination is located and will be quarantined at home for 7 days.

Legal basis: Article 41 of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases" Local people's governments at or above the county level may implement isolation measures and report to the people's government at the higher level at the same time; the people's government at the higher level after receiving the report shall make an immediate decision on whether to approve it. If the superior people's government makes a decision not to approve, the people's government that implemented the isolation measures shall immediately lift the isolation measures. During the isolation period, the people's government that implements isolation measures shall provide living security for the quarantined persons; if the quarantined persons have a work unit, the unit where they work shall not stop paying their work remuneration during the isolation period. The lifting of isolation measures shall be decided and announced by the original decision-making authority.
