Article 68 Destruction of forest resources causing damage to the ecological environment , the natural resources department and the forestry department of the people's government at or above the county level may file a lawsuit with the people's court in accordance with the law and demand damages from the infringer.

Article 97: If contaminated soil harms national interests and social public interests, relevant agencies and organizations may, in accordance with the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China File a lawsuit in the People's Court in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws.
