Direct selling enterprises and their branches may not recruit the following persons as direct sellers:
(1) Persons under the age of 18;
(2) persons without or with limited capacity for civil conduct;
(3) full-time students;
(4) teachers, medical personnel, civil servants and servicemen;
(5) formal employees of direct selling enterprises;
(6) overseas personnel;
(7) Persons who are prohibited from taking part-time jobs according to laws and administrative regulations.
